The Little Bell That Rang by Itself
Týnský chrám
The small bell here has a mournful voice. It was given by a noblewoman who in her anger strangled her maid for folding her hands a moment at the Angelus while she was dressing her. Afterwards she entered a convent; and when years later they once forgot to ring the Angelus with that bell, the ghost of the noblewoman turned nun appeared and rang it herself.
